KM4Dev Regional chapter

We discussed the pros and cons and challenges of having regionally focused CoP vs. a global CoP in other languages.

-Reasons for regional set up: focused on the specific issues of a region, focus on tackling the specific needs unique to an geographic area. -Reasons for global CoP by language (Spanish/French, etc.): as the current international KM4Dev, a global CoP can benefit from the anyone around the world that would like to share in that language, regardless of their geographic affiliation.

Questions: -How would a potential regional/global CoP communications relate to the international current KM4Dev list? -What kind of resources are needed? How would resources be used?
