About Helen Gillman

I am the Knowledge Management Coordinator in the Strategy & Knowledge Management Department at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). This is a relatively new role and I am still clarifying how best to contribute to better coordinated and more strategic KM at IFAD. During the past 10 months I have been working on a new KM Framework for the organization - major challenge! My background is in both KM and communication for development for IFAD and FAO. In a distant past life I worked as a journalist and Lonely Planet travel book writer.
