CoP Member Guidelines and Agreements

Introduction

Some communities of practice find it helpful to codify some of their working agreements and guidelines. What are useful elements of a CoP Member Guideline document? What should be covered in terms of netiquette? Can it highlight the benefits and expectations of members? Guidance when there is conflict? How is a set of guidelines related to a community's charter?
