This is a very simple recipe to prepare. It's not a very elaborate dessert, but it's one of my favourites because of the different textures you find in every bite and since it is a pie, it makes sharing more interesting...

Ingredients:

1 chocolate bar (200gr) with at least 50% of cocoa (the higher the percentage, the better!) 6 eggs (separated whites and yolks) 6 tablespoons of sugar 125 gr. of butter 1 tablespoon of flour

How to prepare:

In the first part of the recipe we will be preparing chocolate mousse.

Beat the yolks and the sugar very well until it becomes a whitish mixture. Melt the chocolate with the butter. Wait one or two minutes to chill just a little and then mix it with the yolks. Beat well.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the chocolate. Make sure it's well mixed but beat gently!

Divide the chocolate in two equal parts. Add the flour to one of the halfs, put it in a pie form (around 20cm and that you can take the sides off) and bake it for about 10 minutes (180 to 200º C, depending on the hoven).

When it's baked, take it out and let it chill. Pour the other half of the chocolate mousse on top and leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Make sure the chocolate mousse on the top is stiff before taking off the sides of the form!

You can decorate it before serving with grated chocolate, grated coconut, berries, which ever you prefer!

Enjoy it!!
