About Mohammadbashir Sedighi

I started my working as a PhD in 2012 in two sections, section of Technology, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship and section of system engineering at Delft University of Technology. I got my bachelor degree in Industrial engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) and my master degree in Business administration (MBA) from Sharif University of Technology in 2010. I graduated Cum Laude of his master and gained second place among MBA graduates. I won industrial champion prize for developing winning competitive strategies to achieving superior financial performance and market leadership in the simulation strategy program by GLO-BUS in 2010.

I have several valuable work experiences. Prior to my PhD study, I worked for manufacturing companies where I involved in several projects related to human resource management, knowledge management and innovation management. Also, I worked as human resource development manager and human resource consultant in an auto parts manufacturing company. I works as an assessor of the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) model in Saipa group companies.
