=== Conference registration ===
Participants must fill in the UN registration form which is available for automatic download [[:media:Registration_Form.docx|as .docx here]] and as downloadable [[File:Conference Registration Form.pdf|as .pdf here]].

This allows organizers to know the numbers of participants on site and those that wish to follow and interact online.

==== At the Palais des Nations (venue) ====

On the day of the conference, participants should go to the accreditation and security check area of the Pregny Gate entrance which faces the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) headquarters on the Route de Prégny. The office is open from 08:00-17:00hrs. Buses Z, V, F, 28 and 8 will take you to the gate (bus stop: Appia).

As the waiting lines at the security check-points tend to be very long, in particular on Mondays, participants are kindly invited to come preferably '''one hour in advance of the start time'''. The access badges should be worn visibly during the entire time of the presence in the Palais des Nations. UN badge holders can enter the premises with their badges, however, they are kindly invited to register or just confirm their participation (name, organization/ Mission) to the same e-mail addresses.
