Knowledge Management: Extensive experience in Knowledge Management in the IADB, ISDB as well as from the World Bank. Among his main deliverables, he introduced successfully the concept of Knowledge Exchange, in the IADB, first within the Senior Management, and subsequently approved by the Board of Executive Directors in 1999. He was successful in introducing several KM initiatives, leading the design of a KM Frameworks, incremented the number of communities of practices, used technology to offer collaboration tools through the Internet, etc.
