Dear KM4Dev members,
I am currently working on developing a monitoring and evaluation plan of an online information portal, which includes a baseline, and would be very interested to hear from others who have done something similar, in particular around:
- how to design a baseline of online information tools
- tracking usage of online information portals
- how to assess whether the content is useful for people
- innovative ways of gaining feedback from online users about the site and the content
Any experiences out there would be much appreciated,
Programme Officer.
