During the last workshop session, we tried to delve deeper into the topic and came to the conclusion that we needed to start with the potential audiences, because we can direct people to the relevant resources based on specific competencies and actions required. We tried to think of how KM capacity development would be different for different "types" of development actors and these are the categories we came up with:
- Development worker/staff (HQ-based)
- Field staff
- Local partner
- Knowledge manager
- Senior management/governing body member
- Donor
We are hoping to develop each of these sections, liking to resources that would help people to better understand KM.
