Below you can see the draft agenda for the Skype call on Wednesday September 24th - 15:00-16:00 UTC/GMT.

DRAFT Agenda - 60 minute TAG Meeting **please send comments/suggestions to improve it ** BEGIN ( Nancy White, Matthew Slater, Mark Hammersley, Karel Novotny, Lucie Lamoreux, Michael Roberts, others? )

• 5 minutes - WHO AM I (quick round of introductions - NAME/ORG/LOCATION - expectations for the call in one sentence)
• 5 minutes - CHECK-IN - (general comments/questions on agenda, or anything else)
• 2 minutes - THE NEED (Lucie reiterates the problem and need)
• 3 minutes - WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING (highlights - review of results to date)
• 20 minutes - SOLUTIONS PITCH ROUND 1 (around the table discussion) - Based on input to date - What are possible solutions and why does this approach make sense for km4dev?)
• 20 minutes - SOLUTIONS PITCH ROUND 2 (around the table again - keeping in mind previous comments)
• 5 minutes - WRAPPING THINGS UP - NEXT STEPS for TAG
• CLOSE

A few other important comments/suggestions for the km4dev TAG Skype call on Wednesday:

• If you haven't already sent me your Skype ID, please do. My Skype ID is mroberts_112 ;
• You may want to consider using a headset which helps to reduce echo (esp. effective in larger groups) etc. ;
• Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes before the actually start of the meeting so I can be sure to add you. We only have 1 hour, so it will be great to start right on time. ;
• It would be great if everyone on the call has a copy of the wiki on front of them and they've reviewed it before the call - see http://www.km4dev.org/wiki/index.php/KM4Dev_Technology_Assessment_Group_Work_Area .
