The KM4Dev 2008 Workshop Organizing Committee is pleased to confirm your registration at the upcoming KM4Dev 2008 meeting in Almada, Portugal! For more information about the meeting program and the venue (the Pousada de Juventude Hostel), see:
Details of your accommodation are outlined below.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1) It is essential that you confirm your acceptance of these arrangements on or before 16 May 2008 by email to: Josien Kapma <josienmkapma@yahoo.co.uk>
If we do not hear from you by 16 May 2008, we will reallocate your spot to another participant.
2) It is your responsibility to obtain a visa to visit Portugal, if applicable. If you are not sure whether you need a visa or not, please check with the nearest Portuguese embassy. Contact information for Portuguese embassies around the world is available here:

According to the accommodation preferences you indicated and the availability of suitable rooms, we have allocated the following accommodation to you:
None - we understand you are making your own arrangements, either at the Hotel de Caparica, or other nearby accommodation
Double - you will be staying with one other person in a double room with a shared ensuite bathroom
Dorm - you will be staying in a dormitory room with (one/two) other person(s), with a shared bathroom NOTE: Please bring a towel with you as the hostel cannot guarantee availability of towels for dormitory accommodation.

Please note that you will need to pay all of your accommodation fees by cash in Euros when you register for the meeting upon arrival.
Breakfast is included with your accommodation. Lunches and dinners are available on-site for EUR6 each.
GREENING THE EVENT
We will do our best to minimize the environmental impact of KM4Dev2008. You can help us by:
- Bringing your own mug along for coffee/tea to avoid using disposable cups
- Considering purchasing a carbon offset to compensate for the impact of your travel
