ISSUES

10.2 == - The issue is supposed to be published for sept. - The papers should be revised by mid-July / August. This should allow enough time to publish the issue on time. - Sarah will mail Kingo - Jean might send an article to Ivan

10.3 == - There is enough stuff coming in. - Capitalisation article : not Sophie but someone else. She will send the article by the end of June, probably a case study. - Jaap will do the interview. - Pete wants to publish some of the futures discussions. - Sarah to send the list of the articles before the next meeting.

11.1 ==

- No major progress. - Still in the process of focusing

11.2 & 3 == - A proposal has been circulated, Ivan to dig out the topic in the DGroup. Nancy has an issue of tech stewardship in December issue. No other topics.

--> Action : next time have a brainstorm on potential topics.

PROMOTION == - Ewen was struggling to find the place where to update the guidelines. It is actually not there.

--> Action ==> Sarah and Ewen to get in touch to decide where to include the guidelines.

- Handbook : on the wiki.

OAJS == --> Action --> proposal to make a referal to the wiki. OAJS : basic information. But the section for the editors should be updated so that there is a clear reference to the wiki.

SURVEY == - Sarah has updated the survey, Ewen OK-ed them. - Sarah has updated the Dgroup. --> Ewen to have a final look and draft mail for Sarah to send it out.

PAST ISSUES == - Sarah mailed T&F as she could not connect to the site.

PRINTING SEPTEMBER ISSUE == - Going ahead - New cover design has been done with the designer.

--> Action --> Sarah to send the draft designs around.
