Describe the blog (max 300 characters):
My name is Ewen Le Borgne. I was born in Brittany, France and live now back in the Netherlands after five years in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia). I work for my own company 'Process Change' and as advisor on communication and knowledge management for KIT Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam. I am still doing regular consultancy work for my previous employer the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI). I blog on http://km4meu.wordpress.com/ and on https://agilefacil.wordpress.com/ (though not at all at this very moment late 2017 / early 2018). My professional purpose is to develop the 'process literacy' of organisations and people to be able to understand each other, communicate better, collaborate, learn together and transform themselves and the societies they are part of. I am interested in stimulating social change self-empowerment and cooperation.
