Clients include United Nations agencies, non-profit organizations, private sector companies, and libraries. Before founding Clobridge Consulting, Abby was the Associate Director of Research and Knowledge Services at the Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government. Earlier, she was the head of the digital repository program at Bucknell University (Pennsylvania) and worked as an investigative researcher & librarian at CNN. Her first book, Building a Digital Repository Program with Limited Resources, was published in 2010.
